I purchased a 2007 tacoma about 2 mopnths ago think the throwout bearing is going out, but when I replace It would anyone recommend a a good upgrade to ensure I dont have to do this anytime soon again

12 years not enough? I'd stick with oem on this one.

    A thing or two...
I'd stick with OEM as well. Even if what is in the truck isn't the original, an OEM bearing should last awhile as long as you know how to drive. 100-200k+ miles is common on OEM 2TR clutches. I'm at 120k miles on mine and will likely replace it sometime this year, but I basically taught myself how to drive stick in my truck.
