I do like them but you know how that is, someone says they've seen it brake and the seed is planted lol.... i'm sure anything, even a forged wheel can brake if pushed hard enough or if it's faulty

How can you make that kind of a statement? ANYTHING pushed to its limits will break? There is a reason why SCS is such a popular wheel brand and that is because of their build quality and their designs. If you have your own opinion on these wheels, keep it to yourself or come with a reasonable response towards a company that is doing a fantastic job. There is a reason as to why people run these wheels. Nobody needs to hear you rant about "even a forged wheel can brake if pushed hard enough." Give me the keys to your truck and I'll show you what can break if pushed to the limits. Do your own research outside of TW of cast/flowformed/forged along with rotational mass and unsprung weight because obviously you're just talking to talk.

 Did you even read the part where I said I like these wheels before you lost it?:annoyed: Are you saying that statement such as if something is pushed to the limit it could brake is inaccurate or insulting? Back off man I did not hate on any product or company simply trying to reason and have a conversation I don't get your hostility. Just because you run them or have a vested interest or whatever the case doesn't give you the right to get all personal. Anyway I'm out since people are so dang sensitive.

It's that you come in here and state that several shops have told you that they have seen them break.

It's such an absolute blanket statement that it's hard not to take it as an accusation to SCS' quality. Who are these, "several shops" and what do you mean that that they have seen "them" break? Whats "them"? SCS wheels only? Or just cast wheels in general? You have to be careful when you lump stuff together and give the vaguest most unreliable sources ever. Especially a statement like that in a thread where SCS is trying to unveil their updated production.

This coming from a guy running steel wheels with no affiliation or loyalty to SCS.

VTX Terra Knocks off or not but when it's 18lbs for a 17" wheel.... It's hard not to like considering the cost of $200 per wheel compared to the 'real deal' Volks at $600 and 6 month wait time :))
