2001 pre-runner, gas flow? Charcoal filter ?? Help

    2001 tacoma white pre-runner
    Hello my name is Cliff I just bought a 2001 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner and seems to have a problem pumping gas I've been told it could be the charcoal filter anybody have any ideas for easy solutions without spending a lot of money

    if by "problem pumping gas" you mean the pump shuts off all the time the vent valve on the top of the tank is probably the issue. There are other posts related to that issue with specifics on what to check.

    then some nozzles need some experimenting to keep that from happening .

    Which can lead to the nozzle not shutting off.
