my son bought a kenwood ddx373bt stereo last year for his old chevy truck, this year he bought a newer chevy truck but wanted to keep the kenwwod before he got rid of the old truck, he likes the stereo in his new truck so he's gonna just put the kenwood on the shelf in the garage , should i put it into my 2016 tacoma or leave the factory stereo i have in my truck?

Which stereo do you have? I’ve got the JBL and I don’t mind it.

    Whats your budget?

That radio is about 3 model years old... I would put a current model year head unit in your 2016.

What’s been said above. I’d get something current to put in your truck.

I replaced the stock (non jbl) unit in my ‘13 with a kenwood ddx-595. Kicks the stock units ass.
