Anything aftermarket besides the tires? They'll be looking for a scapegoat at the dealer.

Sorry to say, I think you'll have a battle on your hands. 4K miles, lift, wheels/tires, sliders. You gotta look at it from the other (dealer's)side too. There was obviously an impact. Pinning it down from several months ago @ delivery, to present, is gonna be a tuff case. Good luck.

There a chance you drove some muddy water and got rocks up to the radiator?

Unfortunately for OP, you are most likely correct. Once you sign the paperwork, body damage is your responsibility. Now, a really nice dealer may help you out, if you just got it home, or just woke up the next day, and noticed damage.
I wonder how the insurance company responds, when you tell them you have damage, but don't know how it happened? I wouldn't tell them a story, that's for sure, I'm guessing it's still covered.

Did someone jack up the front end when doing the lift and use that area? I don't think that was shipping or factory damage but was done later.

Wife can tell you what shirt you was wearing on first date years ago but she has no idea how long the service engine light has been on in her car .

OP probably tried jacking it up from the front of the skid, it fell and smashed the radiator and broken the plastics. Now he is just asking people what he could get fixed for free.. Notice the fan blade is right where the broken part of the shroud is at?

Toyota is not fixing the O.P.s truck unless he pays for it.

My suspicion is there was an oopsy during the lift or tire installation. I do not see the dealer covering this.
