Hi im new here but ive been searching around for a rebuild kit and upgrades for the input as well as outputs. So far all ive found are for the older gear driven cases. I havent seen hardly anything for the chain drive cases, any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately there is not a lot of aftermarket support for the chain cases. You can add a twin stick which allows you to disengage the front output for 2 low but that's about it.

If you want to run lower transfer case gears you will have to add a reduction box in front of the chain case or buy a lefty (flipped) gear transfer case

I was looking at a reduction box but i saw the input was a weak link for a few people on pirate and looking at the outputs i could see them potentially being weak too. The plan was doubler with 538s on tons and 40s behind a 3.4 auto. This will be my first time stepping up to 40s. I run 35s in my yj. Maybe ill run a single case for now and see how it does, debate the doubler vs something else later.
