Relentless Fabrication Ship Time?

Hey all,

I ordered a tailgate reinforcement panel from Relentless Fabrication about a month ago, got the order confirmation and still no email about it being shipped.
Yes, I've contacted them but being a holiday weekend, I don't expect anything back from them until Tuesday.

Have any of you ordered from them recently and have you experienced anything similar?
No intention of flaming here, just curious if a month lead time is normal. It seems like it's a bit excessive to me.

A lot of bigger companies have long lead times on all products, but for a tailgate reinforcement that sounds like a pretty long time. I’d wait to hear back from them

 

They don't always have them in stock. I wanted one about a year ago. The website showed them out of stock. I PMed Relentless here on TW. They messaged me back the same day stated they had some in stock and would ship within a week.
