Can anyone tell me where to get an illuminated cigarette lighter (oem) for my 04 prerunner ?
I went to replace the bulb and found out the previous owner must have tried to replace it and screwed up the entire thing.
I found the bulb had been crushed and there is some sort of housing on the rear that is "flapping in the wind", so I am assuming I need the whole set-up.
I want to keep it stock even though I don't use the lighter, I would like the "ring" to be lit.
Looked it up on Ebay and found only the element, not the illuminated ring.
    Anyone ?

Maybe I posted that not as clear as I should have.
My illuminated cigarette lighter, (the outer ring), light bulb no longer works, disassembled it to replace it and found the bulb to be physically broken.
Would like to replace the entire fixture since whoever worked on it before broke the bulb, damaged the rear housing, so I would like to replace the whole thing. The bulb, light socket and housing since I now know the bulb is broken and the assembly is broken. Ebay has the rear housing for sale. Ebay item # 233216569081 is the lighter assembly cover, toyota part # 85515-53010, ot # 24 on their diagram per ebay .
I believe I need part # 23 on the diagram listed on Ebay.
Hope this makes it clearer for everone

WOW, Did I mess that up to make it more confusing.
The Lighter Assembly Cover is listed on Ebay, auction # 233216569081- shows a diagram, and the cover is item # 24 on the diagram.
On the diagram, I am looking for item # 23 on the diagram.
My physical lighter has the positive and negative plug/connector to the element and a separate plug/connector that energizes the light bulb that makes the "ring" light up.
If you were to look on Ebay and put 233216569081 in the search bar, it will bring up an auction. The auction if for the lighter assembly cover, (Genuine Toyota Lighter Assembly part # 85515-53010) or # 24 on the diagram. Number 22 on the diagram is the female part the element slides into, #25 on the diagram is actually the male heating element.
I am looking for #23 on the diagram

    Sorry for the confusion

I ran into this a few years ago. The bulb looks replaceable in the plastic housing but it’s not. It was a hot item on my looking list at every salvage yard that I went to. I priced it at the dealer once and it was over $20.00 and that has been a long time ago. Anyway, I currently found another fixture that fit the hole, and used an led bulb.
