Grinding/clunking when acceleration from a stop slowly

I own 2019 sr 2.7 2wd auto sense my December purchase I have added a 3 in leveling kit and 33 in tires on 20 in rims I have experienced this from the start I believe and it only happens when I accelerate from a stop kinda slowly so if I go super slow it doesn’t do it and if I give it some gas from a stop it doesn’t do either but does vibrate the truck a little when I accelerate quickly so I would really like to figure out why my truck makes this odd noise also does anyone know if the lifetime power train warranty would cover my tranny sense I have the bigger tires on it ? I need this truck to last me and it’s worrying me hearing such an odd noise on such a new vehicle

Did you add the carrier bearing drop?

It is small spacers that drop the carrier bearing down to give the drive shaft the correct alignment after a lift in installed. Bad drive shaft alignment will cause vibration.

Can you post some pics of underneath your truck, drive shaft angle, rear axle and leaf springs?

OP if you really, really need that bumper to bumper in effect, I'd ditch the lift.
