    What's up y'all
I'm pretty new to the world of forums however not necessarily new to the world of Taco's
My real fascination began in the mid to late 2000s when someone sent me a grainy video copy of Top Gear killing of a Toyota
Fast forward almost 15 years and now I'm on my 3rd Tacoma
I've already purchased used and abused and then sold 2 short cab 4x4 an 83 and a 91
About two months ago I finally found a decent deal on a 2nd gen a local Ford dealer had a 07 DC Trd Or with 158k miles in impulse red
Truck was relatively clean outside aside from a few scratches and Rock chips inside is unbelievably clean and runs like a champ
Dealership wanted 14k plus ttl I offered 12k out the door and after some "shrewd" negotiating we ended up at 12.5k plus ttl
Promptly installed 265\75 duratracs and crawled down and back up this hill amongst other things

I've been enjoying actually having a truck again until yesterday when my uncle pointed out the fact that my driver's side tire was wobbling
Long story short looks like the axle is bent at the flange
What I need help with is the info on a replacement axle
There is just too much info available and I'm having trouble wading through it all
For whatever reason I can only find a replacement axle shaft from Toyota and I'm not sure if it's even the right one
Could you guys help me out with the axle length spline count part numbers etc.
I believe from what I've read that any 4x4 v6 rear axle will work but again tons and tons of contradictory info out there
Thanks for reading gentlemen and I appreciate any help you can provide
    Happy memorial day

Did you use any periods in that whole story?

I wish I could help though, I have no info on your dilemma. Good luck!

Periods are for legitimate sentences and not that rambling stream of conscious.
Point taken though I should try to make it more readable.

Any axle from a 2nd Gen PreRunner or 4wd should work. Just make sure the donor vehicle matches your trim (Off Road, Sport, etc) due to the differential.

Probably the easiest thing to do is get one from a junk yard or from someone upgrading and just swapping the whole damn thing out. It can be done in a few hours.

I must be missing something here
I can't find anybody that makes aftermarket aftermarket axles for the 2nd gen and the local junkyards either can't find one or don't want to deal with it
