These problems have been going on for a while now but I am getting really fed up with it. Randomly one day I was driving on the freeway and my steering wheel started shaking from 50mph- 70mph. The tires were old and I assumed it was a balance issue. My truck was completely stock at this time. Shortly after that I added Bilstein 5100 shocks and have them set at 1.75 after that I noticed some bump steer. Then I got new rims and tires which were 275/75/70's. I assumed this would fix the steering wheel shake due to the tires being new and freshly balanced. But to my disappointment it did not and on top of that the bump steer got worse.
I have read about tires being out of balance causing the steering wheel shake but I just had my tires rotated and balanced with absolutely no change to the shaking. I also understand that the bump steer could be caused by my tie rods not being parallel with my a-arms due to the 1.75 inch lift. I also have read about the possibility of steering rack bushings being worn out my truck is a 2013 with 63k miles on it. Im not sure if this is too early for that to be an issue or not.
My question is does anybody have any other suggestions on solutions to these problems or ideas on reasons I am experiencing these problems and how I could fix it. BTW I am mechanically experienced and can do most work in my garage besides balancing tires and alignments

same issue here with new inner and outer tie rod ends, upper and lower control arms wheel bearings new tires ECG bushing. mine started s soon as I lifted it. Drove fine before I lifted it a couple inches and new tires also had no effect. Ive got new R&P bushings waiting to go in. only does it when I hit rough road
