    For a cheaper, reversible option, I'm 99% sure the Scion FR-S antenna with the screw-in antenna fits but you lose XM (as you would anyway with something over it). I've seen it on a Tacoma before and it doesn't seem to require any modification looking at images of it. Would save you an inch or more and I don't think you'd need much more than that given the axis on which the truck flexes.
