I have a 2019 SB. I am looking for solutions to mount my rotopax fuel/water tank to the forward bed wall. I dont have the forward rail but I know I can by one. I would rather mount both cans stacked to one mount, fastened to the wall. I dont want the mount hanging from the rail since I have 5 gallons total. My main question is: Is the bed material dense enough to drill and tap with a course thread? The standard rotopax mount has a 4 hole pattern. And I'm not assuming there is sheet metal behind the composite? If I didn't tap it, I'm not sure how I would access a nut behind the wall without taking the bed off. Maybe well nuts?
