hod did that work out? That doesn't seem like it would clear with any flex, large 34/35 right?

285 75 17 on King’s. So far, only rub when I turn left up a drive way really fast. Have not taken off road yet to test full compression.

I'd be very careful sometimes they get shoved all the way into the fiberglass bed and could possible crack it under a full compression. It looks awesome though... very tempted but something tells me I should just stick to 33s if I want to push the rig and not limit up travel ;/

Mounted LT265/75r16 this afternoon. Only driven on them for about 2 miles at 40 mph so cannot attest to road noise but its almost like my truck drives better with these on.
These feel much grippier on the pavement than my Toyo ATII's that I took off and ride smooth so far today driving in the rain. Pictures do not do these tires justice as they are very beefy and aggressive looking. Will post better pictures later today.

Looks great. They're an aggressive tire for sure. I have been running them for quite a while on my FJ Cruiser with good results. They have some road noise but not too bad, that's expected for an M/T tire.

Just saw Yokohama added a 255/85r16 (33.2" x 10" at 55 lbs). Wish I'd have known that was coming out. Love the look of my 265/75r16s but would've definitely waited for the skinnies...

I agree. I have the Cooper ST Maxx in 255/85r16 and while there's nothing wrong with them, they don't look like these. These are seriously bad ass looking tires and lighter than the Coopers just to rub salt in that

The X-MTs look like a much bigger compromise for road manners than I would be willing to make. They also only make them in 35"+ diameters, which rules out a bunch of us.

I just have to break in my new gears and I'll be ready for dirt. I'm chuffed Yokohama made these available in a 255/85r16. My local Discount Tire beat every online price then gave me another $75.00 off because the rebate expired just before my tires arrived.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Oh snap, those pizza slices look mean! Nice

That's awesome, glad to hear the tires are working out well for you. We appreciate your support.

Good looking truck. I agree the Yokohama Geolandar M/T G003 tires look like they will do great on the trails.
