    Oh, I thought you were talking about the rear bumper. Yeah that's a rod rack I picked up in the Outer Banks, NC about 10 yrs ago. Used to do a lot of surf fishing down there. And yep thats Savage Arms, the gun company. I shoot a Model 110 .30-06 and a Savage .17 HMR
