To be honest I don’t know. Not sure how the lock and unlock thing works....

I've got a buddy that is needing a new phone and this is in his price range, but he is with ATT. If it's unlocked, I was gonna pass on the info.

 

I think it may be unlocked, I’m not sure. I do have the SIM card for the phone but it was for T-Mobile. But again I haven’t used the phone at all, so I don’t know...I would think if it came from factory it’s new/unlocked. Not sure dude.
