    C'mon dudes, rattle vs chirpy birds are different sounds. Holster your dash rattle guns.
    Chirpy birds sounds fan related.

    OP, ya gotta answer this question!

    I get those chirps occasionally, coming from behind the glove compartment. Totally random, but definitely changes with fan speed.

    I fixed my annoying dash rattle by taking the whole dash apart to look for the source, finding nothing, and putting it back together. Worked out great.

    It happens when the AC is on or off. But I do think I found the culprit. After I applied pressure on this device, the noise subdued.

    Does anyone know what this is?

    I'm not 100% sure, but on most vehicles that is where your blower motor is for your heat and air.

    Its the piece that has the yellow circle in the center of it. Its right next too the AC duct

    So your saying the device is a blend door actuator, and I should grab the mechanical setup in a 95. Correct?
