Go to Meso's web site and get the latest version. It's been updated already.

Well then it’s good to go. The 4Runner swap is 5-10 minutes since it’s already wired. I love mine.

At least the 4 runner is in the works... I'm getting requests for a Honda Fit. @MESO, if ever you decide to do mods for that, I'm apparently guaranteed to not get any eye rolls or crap for ordering anything off your page.

Good luck with the boot. Just go into it knowing it’s a PITA, and take your time. I put a couple drops of Astro Glide(aka:joy dish soap) in the boot and it made it much easier. Don’t drop the mirror nuts!

Good luck. I have my lights but I’m busy this weekend. Kind of like waiting and seeing what issues people had and knowing some trimming is needed. Will make my install much more smooth knowing all the kinks and solutions people use to make it easier. I have have another wiring mod to do putting my LE turns on a switch to make them turn off and on. So I’ll have to run more wires through the boots, driver side puddle into the cabin and other wires from the cabin to the door. That should be fun.

Good luck. It really isn’t that bad. It took me just over 3 hours and if I had to do it all over again it’d take 2 hours. I just took my time and went real slow referring back to this thread and posting pics as I went. It’s pretty straight forward as the instructions are step by step. I didn’t have any issues at all. Everything went by the book. The only difficult part is feeding the wire through the boot but it’s really not that bad. Passenger side is definitely easier than driver side.

Edit #1: I taped the wires to be sure I didn’t break or mess them up then taped the wires to a screwdriver and pushed it through the boot like someone recommended earlier in this thread. That worked best for me.

Thanks for the review. I was a car audio installer in my last life so I tried to take all that I’ve learned and apply it to a kit that would be easy for an end user to install. If there was only 1 think I would change would be trying to source a smaller, round bullet connectors that would be easier to passthrough the door boots.

Thanks! Lmao  I just may try that!

Thanks! Oh man, you will have your hands full. Always smart to sit back and look for any tips or problems that may arise.

Thank you! Glad it went well for you. Going to take my time as our day plans are canceled today. So I have all day lol. Well probably not all day I’d the wife and kids have anything to do with it lol. Can’t wait to show my wife the “safety mod” that she didn’t believe lol.

You’re welcome, Meso. No problem. You really knocked it out of the park on this one. This is by far the coolest mod I’ve done yet. And the pics really don’t do them justice on showing how bright they are.

When I swapped out all my speakers a ways back I have this annoying little vibration in the passenger door are. I’ll finally get around to knocking that out today being I’ll have the door off. So that’s a plus too.
