Does anyone have a suggestion on straightening a rear frame rail. One side approx 2" higher than other side.

There are companies who straighten frames. They have lasers and everything. There are also people who use the chain-n-tree method.

Where is it bent and what's your budget? Of course a body shop with a frame rack can straighten it. Are you looking to try to do it yourself?
If you are going to try to do it yourself, we need to see where it's bent to give you decent suggestions.

Edit: It is also helpful to know how it was bent. The idea of course is always to apply stress opposite to the force that bent it.

Usually if the frame is bent, then the rest of the stuff around it has bent to conform. Straightening a frame isn’t a straightforward task.
