Front Brush Guard info needed

Hello all, and I am needing some help with a brush guard i bought from a private seller recently. It was from an 09 Tacoma, and was freshly painted and looks almost new. The problem I am having , is the seller wasnt sure what brand it was, and I cannot find any install instructions for it. I have seen other models, and seems pretty easy, however, on the lower bracket, it doesnt look like any I have seen before. Specifically, where do I bolt the bracket once I have it bolted to the lower part of the front frame? I may need longer bolts, but biggest thing I would like to know who made it. I have included a photo of the bracket in question. If you need more pics, of anything, let me know and thanks for any help you can offer me.
