Picked up my ARB Deluxe Bull Bar Bumper (3423130) yesterday. Installed it today.

Not that difficult, just time consuming :cookiemonster: Since it is not for my year of truck, some slight mods to the truck had to happen:sawzall:. Worked out well, will finish it up this week sometime.

Pre facelift ARB Bumper for 05-11 Taco made to fit post face lift 12-15's. Installed on my 2014. It sticks out 3" less than the proper year and the hoops are smaller. I got this bumper damaged for free from a friend a while back and had a local fab shop called ARC One Industries fix it and add lighting. I still need to get the fog halos wired in and ARB rubber buffers to complete the front bumper.

Took the weekend to finally install a new grille. Took longer than expected with all the cutting, bondo-ing, sanding, and painting, but damn am I happy with the results.

This weekend I purchased the Pioneer AVH-2550NEX and had it installed! When they installed my new setup they routed the lightning cable for Apple CarPlay out of my glovebox (which looked terrible). So I popped out the blank piece next to the cigarette lighter and drilled a hole in the center big enough for the cable and popped it back in. I then purchased a Scosche Magnetic Magic mount for a clean looking setup. Stoked on how everything came out, it has given my 09 an updated look.

Wired it up and got everything installed. Need to trim up the bevel one evening this week to wrap it all up.

I also installed a dash cam that plugs into the Kenwood DNX996XR head unit.

Getting it to fit my '15 was fun, it is nice and snug up and in. Glad I got this one!

What are the ARB rubber buffers for the fog lights? Mine came with the fog light and turn signal insert. But the fog lights look like they are missing something around the outside edge. I have not wired either of them up yet.

How did you manage clearance for your grill? I am doing that last part today with my dremel. Then my hood line will be perfect again.

Have been having a clunk on the front passenger side for the past couple months so finally replaced the factory SR5 struts (front and back) with TRD offroad bilsteins that I got from my brother when he lifted his (~20,000 miles on them)

When I got them off, I found a crack in the coil of the passenger side front strut. So my question is should I take this to Toyota - I feel that this is quite abnormal? I just passed 60,000 miles this morning driving to work.

    A thing or two...
If what you installed had springs, just huck it in the trash. That's all a dealership is going to do. They're not going to run it up to Toyota corporate for analysis. Given the rust on the spring perch, I'm sure you got some salt trapped between the perch and spring, and it ate it way like a cancer.

Yeah I put the full Bilstein assembly in. Runs great now, havn't gotten the alignment yet but it's actually already better than it was beforehand likely because of that one coil
