One of my old instructors from school moved to Utah and is opening up a bar, said he's going to be serving high alcohol content belgians and others so I guess there is a way to sell/drink good beer in Utah

Probably just need a certain license or something

 

I think it’s just stuff you can buy at the store and take home.

to you... no easy task. Didn't quit until 2010. Forget all those gimmicks/quit tools. You're already armed with the best tool you'll ever need - your brain. Get you're brain telling you to quit or die an early death, you'll quit. Took an ER visit for me to realize it. Quit cold turkey - not once have I ever wanted to go back, been nearly 10 years. The secret though is you have to WANT to do it. Completely possible.

These days, I smell cigarette smoke and its just nasty. Can't believe I smelled like a damn ash tray.
