Resealing Canopy 1996 Tacoma Xtra Cab 2.7L

    3" lift, 34" Toyo Open Country Extremes, Bed/Storage in Back
    Started to notice lots of silicone pealing on my canopy, so I decided to remove the rest of it and reseal the canopy with Black Colored Weatherproof Exterior Sealant.

    If you really wanted to dig into those seals, the window is attached to the shell with Butyl tape/adhesive. The silicone around the perimeter from the factory I believe is added as a redundancy.

    I took a razor blade and slide it all the way down to the window in between shell and rubber gasket, just cant see in picture cause of angle.
