Yeah Scotty does not like fabbing for these trucks. He’s all about clearance and strength, and these trucks do not allow for great clearance on the front. I doubt you will find a higher clearance bumper than this. I had to trim the grill surround up almost all the way to the grill itself to fit the winch. Plus the way it mounts to the frame is WAY stronger than most bumpers I’ve seen

Can you snap a few shots of the trimming you got done? I’ve got a full plate bumper up front now, but may be looking into the Addicted as an option

Any more pics on the way? I'm curious about the mounting of the bumper and if it can be made with a lower bull bar

This is pretty characteristic of his bumpers. @thefatkid had to trim a bit for his 4runner

What do you want to see exactly? As far as I know Scotty only offers them with this bull bar or a round pointed one4E6B7749-17A0-4B48-93F2-84B4B8F96AE0.jpgF2EE1E6E-C3AF-4D5E-ABA6-DFE6B3E5F469.jpgC02DCF38-2F63-4A99-8909-8A3FEEC0B44F.jpg

Actually your pics are perfect. I was hoping for something like the mid rise cbi up there but I wouldnt expect anything custom just for me :) just curious about the options, still a pretty sweet looking bumper if you ask me :)

Thanks! And in terms of how it mounts up, there’s a crossmember that bolts to the front of the frame on the studs, and it has plates that run back on the frame and bolt through. Then the winch plate and bumper itself bolt to the crossmember. Same bulletproof design he has been using for years

That sounds like it'd survive the apocalypse. Out of curiosity tho, how much room do you have behind your winch? Would it be possible to move the solenoid box a smidge and tuck it back behind the grill surround or was there really no other option/no room to adjust?

I have a habit of modifying/tweaking stuff on my own lol I'm kind of stupid picky when it comes to this stuff haha

To mount the solenoid I just took a random piece of steel I had laying around that’s about 3”x12” and bolted it to the brace that holds the hood latch. Then bolted the solenoid to the end of the piece of steel. It’s the only way I could think of doing it without getting longer wires. There is plenty of room back there to mount it wherever you would like if you get longer cables
