    ^^^^This is what it is. Textured black with license plate tabs. Had it on my 2012 Tacoma.

    Slides into the holes in the bumper and mounts to the frame rails. Four tabs for mounting lights and two for a license plate. It’s a couple years old and has a few spots of rust around the mounting holes. I can’t remember who made it, but it has embellished “F” cut into each frame mount. It works just fine, but I’m planning on a hidden winch mount. Make me an offer.
