ARE Z-series shell, ImMrYo mirror lift, always on fog-lights.
Has anyone been able to compare the Caliraised Side Projectors against the Rigid D-SS series? I am stuck between the two.

I've been eying those Element LED microPods... They look the best, IMO. Just expensive.

Do it!!! They are awesome. They are the only lights I know that can make someone squint and turn away in direct sunlight.

I had black oak when they first started, even did some “work” for them. And yes they are great lights but the company really let the hype get to them. I remember when their prices were fair and reasonable, then fast forward 2-3 years and the prices for those same items damn near doubled with zero change to them.

Do you have any pictures showing the glare/reflection off/on the hood from the drivers POV? Seems like that could be a possible side effect of too much light output/angle and direction of light/lense.

This is a screenshot of a crappy night time video on a humid night. But the XL80s angled correctly give almost no hood glare.

No, but can work on getting some pictures. The glare isn’t too bad. Pick a good spot beam as that focuses the light and minimizes the light bleed or glare in your hood. I’ve also have them aimed a bit outwards to help fill in light where my 30” S8 and 10” S8 don’t illuminate.

Rigid ignites Flood. Just took this pic last night. For such a small light they really perform. Didnt want anything on the hood and they almost look OEM.

Thanks, I've been considering that for a while now. I just wasn't sure if they would work. I guess I have a new project to start...

Any pictures of these in use. What lense/style S2 did you go with?

The way the light has to be mounted in the mirror there is very little adjustment. Spotlight would probably aim higher than wanted for good use.
