Anyone know what fuse would go to cabin fan motor? Looking in fuse box in engine compartment and see one small #10 and it looked fine. I had that shitty Toyota fan motor connector shit the bed again after replacing it 3 years ago so I pulled it and cut it off around existing female paddle connectors that were inside the white connector. Direct connected those and fan worked and so did AC. Then went to gently tighten up one of the female connectors with needle nose for a tighter connection and then it wouldn’t work after that oddly. So I went to auto zone and got new female paddle connectors. Cut wires back and put new paddles on. Still nothing. Only thing I can think of is maybe I blew a fuse somewhere. Another odd thing is before when I turned fan knob on with cold for AC I could hear AC kicking on in engine compartment just wasn’t getting fan. But now I’m not hearing AC kick on anymore and no fan also. Wtf Toyota. Any help on this is much appreciated. It’s hotter than surface of sun here right now in SC.

Thanks. Found ac 50 amp was blown. When I direct connected the paddles from the factory connector they must have arced and blew fuse. Put new insulated paddles on. So now just gotta replace the 50 amp fuse. So would that fuse power blower fan and AC compressor also? Like I said I got no fan and am not hearing AC compressor kick on when fan knob is turned on and set on cold. AC button also won’t light. Got my fingers crossed that fuse will do both fan blower and AC now that I got the wiring corrected and snug.

Always disconnect the battery when doing electrical work so this doesn’t happen.

I’m not familiar with the relay issue. What’s that all about? I did some research and saw a lot of guys with bad resistor which might explain why my blower is so weak on setting 1 & 2. Setting 3 & 4 are fine.
