if I flush coolant from radiator do I need to bleed air from the engine block after replacing coolant or will air bleed out from radiator alone ??I will be using a funnel kit.

I drained the coolant from the block drains (and the radiator drain) but I didn't specifically bleed air from the block drains. I just squeezed the upper/lower rad hoses until the bubbles stopped and the radiator was full. Been about 20,000 miles and no issues. I also used a funnel kit which made bleeding the air out super easy.

Def drain from the passenger side block and radiator, only little comes out of the driver side block and it's a pain to get to so I'd be OK skipping that one. For the two block drains, you need some clear tubing to avoid making a mess, I think 5/16" inside diameter. I had to let my block drains soak for a few days in PB blaster, they were fairly tight and I did NOT want to break them by applying too much force.

In case you haven't seen it, attached is the Toyota Service Manual page for coolant change. The pic of the block drains is misleading, it makes it look like one is up in the valve cover but that's looking through the engine to the lower passenger side.
