I’m afraid to even look at my cab/bed alignment . It was bad enough having a crooked rear bumper.

I didn’t know this- good to know. When I put spidertrax 1.25 I noticed the rear pass tire poke more than driver but looking at the bed to cab it seems fine

It’s kind of dark to get an exact but it seems my cab is not exactly square (measuring from frame to rocker/pinch weld)… about 1/8” which would mean if it were square than the bed could shift to the passenger side and probably take care of the rear tire poke difference to a degree at least. I do have ocd so I see this difference daily, l mean I catch myself looking and comparing but still can’t justify 1/8 to square cab and align bed after. I’m sure Toyota and the dealers would say the same over 1/8”

I'm going to do bed to frame measurement in 4-6 spots tomorrow (2-3 spots per side of truck to frame front to back). Contrary to what some have said about the axle not being centered (which I believe to be conjecture and disregarded), it appears that the beds have a history of being out of alignment.

If it's ~0.5" off on one side, then the bed only needs to move 0.25" to center correctly which truthfully isn't very much. I'm certain that I could get the shop to do it if I asked as I am friends with the service writer, but if I can do it myself with a tape, torx head and patience, I am happy to do it myself.
