    What ups gents,

I'm having trouble removing my tensioner that runs off the AC. I've seen videos where it looks like the pulley should slide off but that's not the case with mine. Might need a puller, not sure. Please help

    Matt

I changed my belt last month.
I just loosened it enough to get the original belt off & the new one on, then tightened it all back up-
    Off-
Loosen pulley bolt/nut (allows pulley to move)
Use the bolt on the end to bring the pulley further to the other pulleys (lessen tension till no tension)
    Swap belts

Tighten the pulley by moving the pulley back out (using the bolt on the end)
Once happy with tension, tighten the bolt/nut sticking out from the pulley (secures pulley when driving).

You need to get the tension off the pulley looks like it might be stuck where it moves on the bracket. Going from your picture

Once things are loose it should pop right off .

Might be at one time someone forced the wrong belt on that was to small which keeps it from adjusting and allowing it to loosen

Has the bearing failed that most often takes out the belt ??

Is it possible to take the whole bracket off and work on it off the engine? I'm nut sure if the bracket bolts are buried behind something.

I think one bolt at least is behind the pulley
