Alright, asking price for both is $8,000.

    1999 LC:
    • Has 4x4 with the AWD mode and the rear locker.
    • Is gross inside and needs hyper cleaning.
    • 212k miles.
    • Needs $3500 worth of work to be fully up to par.
    2000 4R SR5:
    • 4x4 with no AWD mode and no locker.
    • Is clean.
    • 123k miles.
    • Needs about $2500 worth of work to be fully up to par.
    Opinions?

4Runner. But I have a soft spot for 100 series, so I might personally make the plunge the other way.

Landcruiser...if you have the $3500 to get it up to par then I think it will be the better vehicle in the end. Landcruisers are way overbuilt and should last forever if maintained well, hopefully despite the interior it's still mechanically in good shape.
