Anyone know where I can tap the dome circuit besides in the pillar. I’m not happy with how my pillar cover fits with the harness (I have a few other wires in there and that moonroof drain takes up a lot of space) so I’m going to use positaps instead of the plug and play harness. Obviously I know where to tap in the pillar without the harness, but if there are dome wires in the kick panel that would be even better. @MESO @DSIM?

Only other place is behind fuse junction box and it’s really tricky. Best bet is to just positap the a pillar and remove t harness

Thanks sounds good, I don’t mind doing that, just was looking for the easiest spot and I guess that’s it!

EDIT: just went to take care of this and found my radar detector wire was getting in the way of one of the tabs on the bottom of the pillar cover keeping it from seating correctly. With that wire moved out of the way and the Meso wires tucked in as good as they can be the bulge is very minimal and I can live with it the way it is instead of using taps.

Plenty of videos of door panel removal . That's about the toughest thing about this install , and even that's easy. Here's One

Well, I have the kit waiting to be installed, Under hood lights too.

Maybe i need one near the gas cap.... like in the gasshole...

@MESO , can you put a light in your gasshole?

Those asking for a video... The PDF instructions is more than easy to follow. If you cannot follow clearly written directions with images, then you probably shouldn't be messing with your truck.

Since he was able to do a batch of 75 the other night and waiting on more harnesses to build for 500+. Looks like it's gonna be a while. Unless @MESO has another batch ready for this weekend! Waiting here as well.. Lol

Took me right under three hours. Took my time. Used the zip tie method to pull the wire through and it worked great. Waiting for night time now. Also I did have to do the trimming on the passenger side puddle. Was very easy.
