3 weeks ago, the neighbor across the street backed into my mail box. 3 days later, after I already fixed it, he throws a 4X4 post in my front yard.

Yesterday, his boyfriend backs over it AGAIN. They deny either event...Called popo. They view video from a motion activated camera on the front of my garage. (That he knows nothing of)

Popo reads both Neil AND Bob the riot act. Then reports both to town's Postmaster. Seems it's a federal offence to destroy a mailbox. There won't be a 3rd time without charges being filed.

All I asked when I first made contact was for them to quit hitting my mailbox. Then these 2 raised the stakes. They were somewhat surprised when 3 officers and the mayor showed up once I called the police. (Mayor is my niece)

Phillip still has a really hard Minnesotan accent, you will know it is him as soon as you talk to him Many consider him one of the best in the business, I would also be in that group.

His old partner Pat from when they were the P&P Gunsmith team is the top for wood work and stocks. Although no slouch with the metal side either. Pat does overflow work from the Remington Custom Shop so he can get backlogged at times.

Follow up appointment went well, stitches out. Just self PT instead of going in, my doc said it was not needed since I am so active there will be no issue getting full range of motion and strength back.

 

A bag of quick rite and steel post boxed to look like wood should take care of the 3rd time!
