I’ve done my research and been lurking all related threads.

Ive ordered The Dakar HD leaf pack, OME bushings, 3* shims and Billies 5125 (Extended 24.38 in. Collapsed 15.01 in.)

So far I have front set up with:
    JBA Caster plus UCA
2.5 Fox Res. Extended travel Coilovers

Weight added to the back Brute Force bed rack and homemade bed rack rack.

    My questions:

    1. Anyone running the same rear set up? If so how do you like it?

    2. Are you running extended brake lines?

    3. How much weight are you carrying in the bed? Daily and on trips.

    4. Anything I should buy before I do my install? Carrier bearing spacers?

    5. Long shot but if anyone is running the same front suspension set did you have to put more preload on the Fox 2.5s? Mine are currently set at received setting.

I’m running the HD dakars with B110 Bilsteins and the only constant weight I have is my camper shell. I’ll carry some heavy stuff every now and then and the dakars do well. I love it.

My front is icon set at around 2.5” lift on the drivers side and 2” on the passenger. I have a slight rake which was my goal.

No extended brake lines (yet) that’s next on my list.

Edit** I used the OME carrier bearing drop and no shims that worked for me - every truck is different when it comes to preventing vibrations.

I forgot to order the carrier dope. I was planning on having the axle shins and carrier drop on hand to align the drive shaft.

Are your brake lines being stretched or just for precaution?

It’s just a precaution for me. They’re fairly cheap so I might as well do it.

Installed the Dakar leafs, 5125 billies with the 3* axle shims. First test drive feels good no noticeable driveline vibration.

Need to make a brake line riser bracket. Get a little more slack in the lines.

    The ride is super nice.

Gonna take it out tomorrow for more testing.
