    Brought some of that home last year when I was in Santa Rosa in May and and again in November. I was supposed to be down there again next month but knee surgery has made the reason for coming down not possible.

    It was fucking delicious at their anniversary week shin dig. That’s all I can say.

    It’s nit a BBA 30% stout with 138 adjuncts, so of course the masses are crying.

    I’ll hit you up when the next Dark Clouds release drops or I can score some voodoo (they drop like Monkish and it’s hard to get unless you’re in town already). Dark Clouds Breakfast was incredible. Double Vanilla is a close second.

    Bottled my 15 minute cascade pale ale today. It surprisingly tasted great. Good hop aroma and decent bitterness for a 15 minute boil. I’m only bottling around 9 at a time and I’m already looking to upgrade to 5 gallons just so I can keg. I hate bottling.

    But right now, I am enjoying one of my Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clones. It’s got a definite chill haze, but other than that it’s delicious!
