I cant find a clearly marked diagram that tells me which wires are the tweeter, front speakers door and rear door speakers. I want to convert those to rca for amp input and then back out to upgraded speakers. Any help would be much appreciated. Also need to know where to run the blue lead from the amp to head unit.

I would get the metra 70-1761 and 71-1761 to build a T-harness behind the radio. That will get you color-coded speaker outputs from the radio and then inputs to the factory wiring to do exactly what you want to do.

For the front door vs tweeter, there is actually only 1 pair of wires coming from the radio.
It comes out of the radio, over to the factory tweeter, then out of the factory tweeter into the door panel. If you’ve looked at the tweeter, that’s why it has 4 wires

I used the rear speakers from the back of the HU. Don't remember the colours anymore unfortunately, but I think they were on their own on a white 4 plug module.

Rear speakers are in the second, smaller harness next to that one. I want to say left is white-black and right is blue-green

Take signal from the rear speaker wires to the amp, and run new wire from the amp to your doors. That way its easy to get the signal, and you can run larger wire for the increased power from the amp. An active line output converter would be a good investment as well, such as the LC2i.
