Anyone recognize this bolt?

Short story: tore off the front end while installing the SSO LoPro bumper & a winch. While I was removing some of the OEM plastic pieces, these two blue clips "fell out" of the truck but I didn't see where they clipped in to the removed parts. I also couldn't find any pieces left on the truck that looked like they were missing plastic clips. Seems like that's not a big deal, but, then this bolt fell out from up there around the driver side and uh...that seems odd.



Anyone have a guess what it might've fallen out of? I'm thinking it may have been dropped in by myself or the dealer in an unrelated move. It doesn't seem like the type of bolt that would be connected to any of the removed front end plastics, and is mildly unnerving to think it's supposed to go back in somewhere...

 

Bolt looks like the one that goes through the side bumper into the headlight mount.
Blue clips hold the front center bumper bezel on(the stupid thing that sticks out further than the bumper)

 

Aha! That makes sense - replaced the headlights awhile back, I'll take a look and see if I did drop one of those.

Yeah those clips look like that center black diffuser bumper thing.

 

Agreed, still have mine from when I put my SSO on.
