    I need something like this now that I caged the inside of the truck. Had to ditch the center console arm rest.

    Basically what Aaron said. I’ll cut the stock crossmembers so that they sit flat on the frame box plates and then weld them in.

    I could have gone with tube for the rear one to replace the spare tire crossmember, but I have plans to use the old hoist for a storage setup like what @Reh5108 did. That crossmember also adds a lot of rigidity and resistance to twisting that tube wouldn’t as much.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Talking on TW about working on our trucks is way more important than actually doing the work, right? Isn’t that a rule or something? :D

    Just changed oil this morning, Mobil 1 5-30 with a Wix filter. Waiting on some more parts to show up tomorrow. Rebuilding the front end, hopefully it takes away the wondering when hitting bumps or dips in the road. Toyota upper and lower ball joints, Whiteline LCA bushings, replacing upper control arms bushings and new bolts for both being the lowers are froze and couldn't get it completely aligned when I replaced inner and outer TRE's. Also have some 2881 springs to replace the stocks and can lower the spring base plate back down to stock setting on the 5100's. Ordered a set of Method MR701's in bronze with Nitto RG's, waiting on shipping. Rear leaf springs are in the near future and truck should be good to go.

    Wheeler's superbump bump stops - They are meant to directly replace our OEM bump stops, but as you can see, they were welded onto the plate.

    Ha, I haven't done the flip kit because I don't have a welder (or ever welded anything).

    Will need to do a shock relocation; how'd you relocate yours?

    Yup, they are the Wheelers for the stock u-bolts that I welded in place since that was the easiest solution for me at this point.

    Haven't done the shock location yet, that's next but I need new shock bushings first. I had to replace the ones my shock came with to account for the stock setup and now need bushings for bolts instead of sleeves.

    Yeah, I used what I had on-hand instead of spending more money tho. I had the flip kit from many months ago.

    New shock bushing, sleeves and bolts on order now. Once I have those, then I'll be able to set the shock mounts.

    FYI for replacement metric bolts. I've been getting Belmetric bolts, nuts, washers after finding them on Amazon. Seems to be a better selection for what I want than McMaster and I like that they are available in a yellow zinc coating as well. They have all the 10.9 JIS bolts you want. I used them for mounting both front and rear bumper and the bolts I just ordered are for the shocks, also yellow zinc.
