Any downside to running OME 888’s in the front and leaving rear suspension stock?

I’m looking for a 3” lift. OME 888’s seemed like the plan, and I originally priced it out to include LR UCA’s and Dakar medium duty leafs.

I’m wondering if I really need anything more than the front suspensionif I’m really just looking to clear a 285 Falken Wildpeak AT3 and 17x9 -38 off-site ray10.

Is anyone near just running aftermarket shocks/coils without messing with UCAs or anything in the rear

Something over the 2-2.5" range often needs the UCAs for proper alignment to be achieved.

And it seems like that much change up front and nothing in the rear would create a squat. But maybe that's what you want?

    Thanks clear water.

I was going for a 1.5-1.75” up front. It seems the front from factory is about 0.75” lower than the rear.

You can getaway with 1-1.5 inch blocks on the rear. Depending on your driving style the OEM leaf springs should take a few years before they give up the ghost. Then you can get your Dakars.
