Welp, the ARB and Warn are done. I wasn't sure if that control pack was gonna work on the ARB top, but it did. The way it sits so flat up there I was worried the wires would not look good, but I used the grommet for the ARB and drilled a hole saw cut into the old bumper piece that was left and it worked perfect for taking the wires down to the winch from the pack. I left way more of my bumper than the instructions called for which is nice, cause it's not gappy.. but it did entail a lot of trimming again and again through the process. Unfortunately I was unaware that I needed to order a Hawse fairlead spacer kit for the hawse.. so I'll have to do that. But I can install it by just undoing the 2 bottom bolts of the winch, so it should go pretty easy with no major efforts. I meant to measure between the tires and fender to see how much it dropped after install but forgot. So, just going by eyeball power, I can't see any major dropage. But, front end certainly feels heavier as does the steering. Not bad, just different.

What's really crazy is how well I cleaned up on both of them. As I mentioned before, I got 382 bucks off in club points on the winch, 10% off for using my card, along with a 100 buck rebate from Warn. As for the ARB, I got it for 1048, no tax and free ship, and applied cash back points to that for 543 bucks. So, my total out of pocket for both was right around the 1380 range. Not too shabby I don't think.

Anywho.. I'll get off the laptop and add some pics to this post from my phone.

It was super windy up there and we hauled it to the house when we felt raindrops then the hail started

Good morning y’all. Looks like we did pretty well. Only a couple of branches down, and a few things scattered, I’ll take it.

Here is a pic of when it got here.

Thanks man, yours too. I saw yours and it made me remember I did the same thing lol.

It was definitely the worst storm we have had in the last year in a half since we moved, was a good test for the setup.
