    REVIEW!

Had to wait a week to post a review so I could get some decent seat time. I sincerely appreciate the engineering that went into making these.
I'll be honest, the new seat height feels WEIRD after sitting in an indy car-like seating position for many years. BUT, that goes away after a couple of days and at that point you realize how much more supported your hams are and the benefit of the raised seat height. Someone said it before....this is how it should feel from the factory! You definitely sit up higher and that takes just a bit of getting used to, but it becomes natural quickly. I added 3/4" of washers and a longer bolt to the rear seat rail anchor points....1 1/4" front-of-seat lift, 3/4" rear-of-seat lift. I can't see NOT having these after a week of driving. Wish I'd have ordered a second set for the passenger side. Excellent craftsmanship and quick delivery! One recommendation: In the installation directions, state SPECIFICALLY to retighten the REAR bolts as opposed to "retorque all bolt." Yep, I'm the dumbass that didn't tighten the rears and couldn't figure out why the seat felt "loose" after I tightened the fronts. To excited to drive it with a new mod I guess. LOL! Oh, and as a bonus, there's more under seat storage and I swear I gained 5-6HP. :) Definitely two thumbs up!

I don’t normally post - but these things are awesome. I used to try to convince myself that I wasn’t uncomfortable after 10 minutes in the car. No more. Great idea and execution!

I'll start off by thanking OP for the super quick shipping. I received this product just in time for a 7 hour drive to Florida last week.

The first thing I noticed when I sat down in a 3rd gen was how much I hated the seat positioning. I installed these risers in just a couple of minutes and the difference was like night and day. Although, for me, the seat positioning is still not 100% perfect, this quick mod makes a change that I'm very happy with. Driving for long distances is much more comfortable and it also looks nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend if you have the same complaint with your stock seat positioning.

Just wanted to say this is good to go. Got mine quick, the install was easy and I'm liking the difference.

I'm 6'3" - already too stretch for the Taco - but this didn't make any difference on the headroom since my butt sits at the same height as before - just the front lifted. It does give way better thigh support and riding position so count me as happy. I kinda wish it was 1/4" lower but I get why it is not. I'm going to ride it for a while and maybe adjust the back up a touch with a washer or two in the long run.

    Thanks OP.

@EasyDoesIt I just installed them last night and I love these things already. I've got the rear spacers in too and can't wait to see how next long drive goes.

for anyone who is curious. I'm 6' and using 1.5" rear spacers and these in front and I'm not touching the ceiling but definitely getting closer as I had to adjust my mirrors slightly.

    Have a safe 4th!

Sometimes there are disadvantages in being an early adopter.
