Looking for a shop for lift and shop for wheels (in town for a few months)

Hello AZ Tacoma enthusiast/addicts!

I drove down from Northern CA for work in Phoenix so in the area for the next 3 months. I am looking for a shop or even someone who has tools/skill and place to do a 2" Bilstein lift kit.

Also any recommendations for a good shop to get wheels/tires. Staying in a hotel with no tools or would do it myself. Have a nice road trip planned after this, back north and would be nice to have everything done before I leave to hit some trails.
