I have had my 19 MGM TRD 4x4 Sport DCSB for nearly two months. I I have been all over Google and the forum's search, and I would just like to have some clear direction and opinion. I would prefer to not have to admit the number of YouTube videos that I have watched.

There is so much that I want to do, but I think I need to start with the lift, wheels, and tires. I am looking for wheels that are similar to steel bullet holes, less spokes. I am not too sure on the ballpark of the offset that I should be looking for, but I do have a few picked out. I had previously used Cooper Maxxx Discover A/T, but I am now looking at the KO2. I would prefer 275/70r17, but I am somewhat flexible.

The lift is the big deciding factor in both the wheels and the tires. I would like to not have to do any melting or shaving to prevent rubbing. I had a 2in Old Man Emu on my last vehicle and would like closer to 3in now. The fox ultimate 3in suspension lift looks great, but the price tag of 4k looks a little steep. I would like to have a coil over full suspension lift only because I heard blocks really affect the ride. I have been limited on the non salesperson information that I have been able to find.

I do appreciate any and all help and opinions that are provided. Also, I know the tire may be pushing it. I would like the widest selection with the highest sidewall, but I'd rather go down than up in wheel diameter. Thanks again.

Originally not Expo AF! Kinda Expo AF now...lame.
    I'll get you started.

KO2 = good. Run them on my F150. Several friends run on Tacomas, great all around tire. Get the C load.
Even with a 275/70r17, depending on offset, you'll still rub with a lift.
Offset is likely gonna be -12mm, unless you want to go outside the wheel wheels a lot, then more like -44mm ish (not for me).
IF you choose a spidertrax spacer and factory wheels, 1" to 1.25" is good. 1.25" is about what a -12mm offset would be with aftermarkets, give or take.

Had the OME lift. Rode kinda rough, especially unloaded. ADS is good stuff, but pricey. Fox is fine, but I think Icon is better for the money. Never count out a good set of Bilstein 5100 or 5160s in the rear.

Add a leaf might be a better value than a dakar rear.

Talk to Marie at Headstrong Off road. Yes, she's sales, but she also sells like a million Tacoma/4Runner/Toyota lifts a year and knows what is up.

2" - factory UCAs are likely ok. 3", you'll need to upgrade them.

That should keep you busy for a while :)
