Lifting a 2019 TRD Off Road ?

I have owned my share of trucks in 30 years, never a Toyota and this is my first mid-size truck. I see many guys lifting they're Tacoma's . How does one decide on what company lift to use , one better than the other ? Can you put bigger tires on with a two inch lift ?
