Yesterday I bought my first new vehicle in 13 years. 2019 Tacoma black TRD Off Road V6 MT, my 1st Taco. I haven't driven a stick in a while but I'm doing OK. I really like the truck so far. I was concerned about room (6'3" 250lbs) but no issues. My bro has the Limited version...his 2nd Taco.

Anyway, I have an Extang 2.0 hard bed cover on order, and also the Toyota bed mat.

Anyway, it appears that the headlights don't have an automatic setting (I was told there was). Auto = DRL's in daytime then auto switch to low beams at dark. Once on auto you don't have to worry about turning lights on/off. I had this in my Solara from 2006. Still reading the book and all but I don't see an AUTO setting anywhere dammit.

Prolly never use the AUTO HI BEAM feature.

Looking forward to advice and help from you experts!

    Thanks,
    Winch

Nice. I’m in Towson (near the circle) pretty much everyday. Look for me in the 2nd gen with “Mobtown Offroad” on the side.

Welcome and congrats. Best tirm package right there.

As a heads up, you can dim the screen on the radio for nig driving. But say if you want to have your lights on in the rain during the day, you can go into settings, display, general, and when the lights are turned on there will be a "day mode" so you can actually see the screen.

    Enjoy the truck!
