Maybe my music sounds good to me because I don’t know any different. I haven’t heard it through an upgraded sound system. I’ve just never cared for loud music. I actually play my music on the quiet side while driving.

I keep mine pretty low as well. I think that's why I hear the difference though. Don't get me wrong, the OEM speakers sound surprisingly good, but for me it was well worth the time and effort to upgrade. I only say effort because I added Noico and MLV in my doors and on the back wall at the same time.

Lowest spare is a 10amp i believe. Going to buy a couple 7.5amp now.

After seeing how small the magnets were on the stock speakers I was surprised what they were able to do. I did the Noico sound deadener while I was in there too.

They're mini, low profile fuses. Not just mini.

Yes sir. Autozone only had the assortment packs of those. And only one 7.5 in each. So i bought two packs. I think we've got it narrowed down now. Stew is taking care of it for me. Awesome customer service.

I am going to lose my shit. I finally get the whole driver side done. Move to the passenger side and the new puddle cap won’t fit at all in the passenger mirror. It is not even close. When one clip engages the other 3 pop out. I know the build quality is usually on point but this is off. What a waste of a Sunday afternoon.

did you check the install instructions ? Some mirrors have an extra plastic rib inside that needs to be trimmed (easy with a razor blade)

Some 3rd gens require trimming as meso provided below. Which are also in the written instructions. I had to trim my mirror housings as well. But following the instructions, it was no issue after removing the plastic fin. Takes a min to trim the piece off. Then no waste of your Sunday afternoon.

Ok fine. It was a not following directions issue. Excuse my tantrum. It is hot as balls out here and it is my time of the month.

I had to trim mine, super easy with some snips, the plastic right there is soft.

Hang in there buddy. You’re in the home stretch. I’m sure we all got a little frustrated, at least I did a bit.

The more time goes by, the more I love these lights. So convenient. Lights up the whole driveway and yard at night when I get home, and made setting up a campsite in the middle of the night a breeze last weekend. Thank you Stew, awesome product!

I just want to take a moment and thank everyone for the guidance and words of encouragement during this difficult time in my weekend. Everything is wired, put back together, and operating perfectly (just the slight bulge in the pillar because of my sunroof). My fingers hurt (thanks rubber grommet) and I am a little bloody from pulling wires through tight spaces but now every time I see those lights I will have fond memories of my twin 3 year olds learning words that I will surely be in the doghouse for. I imagine this is what birthing a child is like. All the pain and stress but the result is glorious.
