    Hello,

    First post here.

I'm interested in putting Nitto Ridge Grapper 265/70R17 on my stock 2013 Tacoma Sport. Right now, I have Nitto Terra Grappler G2's in 265/65R17 with 80K miles on them. I'm wondering if bumping up to the 265/70R17 will require any modifications, such as a lift/leveling kit and or cutting/removal of mudflaps etc.. If it requires any modifications, I'll stick with the Ridge Grapper in 265/65R17's, but would like to get a slightly bigger tire if there are no issues.

Also, does anybody have feedback on the Ridge Grapplers? I do a lot of highway driving to/from work, but as an avid hunter/fisherman and camper, I also find myself in muddy and snowy fields and trails where I REALLY don't want to get stuck. I like the more aggressive look of the Ridge Grappler, even if I don't get quite as many miles as the Terra Grapper G2's.

    Thanks!

You can run them stock. I did for a couple weeks without rubbing on my second and third gen. Great tires. I have a set in the garage since I went to 285 that I’ve been sitting on with about 20k on them and they look new. Only saying to give an idea of how they wear.

Thanks for the reply. Just to be clear, you had 265/70R17 and then put the 285's on right? Did you have any issues with the TPMs light coming on?
