After three years, I'm finally getting around to new tires and a lift. Being a limited its ridden like a log wagon with the poor suspension and 265/60/18 tires. I went with 265/70/18 tires on the stock wheels. With no lift the tires rub slightly on the UCA's and every once in a while on the fender wall when I'm turning and hit a bump, like entering a parking lot. No rub on flat ground, even at full lock.

For the UCA rub I ordered Spidertrax 1.25" spacers/adapters

Ordered the Toytec/Eibach 2" lift kit that comes with new coil/shock packs, rear shocks, 1.5" blocks, and dif drop kit.

Also ordered the Toytec 1" body lift kit

Truck already drives so much better with just the new tires that have more sidewall. Cant wait to see how it looks and drives with the lift.

Heres a pic of truck with new tires and no lift.

More pics tonight after the lift is complete.

Awesome, I have a 2016 Limited as well and am looking doing a similar setup. Can't wait to see pics and hear review of how it rides.

It wouldnt be a difficult task, if I didnt have four sons that like to "borrow" tools and not bring them back. A new set of metric sockets and wrenches later.... the front coilovers and front wheel adapters are on. I'll get the rear lift done tomorrow. I'm still debating on installing the 1" body lift.

Front tires arent rubbing the UCA's anymore, but now I'm barely rubbing the mudflaps right at the body mount area just before full lock on flat ground. Wondering if the body lift might fix that??

45ACP, I got in a hurry and didn't get any before measurements. Can you get a measurement from the ground across the centerline of your wheels to the edge of the fenderwell? I assume you're still on stock tires and wheels as well.

Looking great, made a huge difference up front, cant wait to see it all finished up!
I am at work right now and parked on pretty uneven ground, but give me just a bit & when we get a break I'll move it to level ground & grab the measurements.

45ACP I'm 38" ground to fender in front and 39" ground to fender in rear. Had to remove from mud flaps due to rub. Still get a slight rub when turning into my drive but it's a little washed out where it meets the road and its uphill too so.... and I hit it a little hard just to see if I could make it run. I used the 3 deg shims with the blocks and new shocks in the rear. Not sure if I needed them, but no vibration up to 80 mph so, guess it didnt hurt to use them. Truck handles well, doesnt necessarily drive like a sport truck anymore, but not lean or feeling of top heavy in curves. All in all, I'm well pleased so far.

Did you have the nose dive before the lift like my TRD OR has? Doubtful since yours is a Limited. Just curious if the lift improved that any.

Stock Limited suspension is horrible, same suspension that's on a base SR5. It had the standard rake but hit the brakes hard and it would dive.

No dive no mo! No idea why they put the cheapest suspension on the premium truck. In 2016 when I bought it there was no TRD-Pro yet to hit the lot.

Gotcha. Maybe I’ll go with this setup. I just need some added payload (AAL) and eliminate the softness of the suspension. I don’t do any technical off roading anyways.

Man that looks fantastic Stack_Climber, congratulations! Absolutely perfect stance in my opinion, you did it right, really nice. I am going to order the Eibach Pro Truck Lift this week to start collecting parts for my build, hopefully it looks as good as yours does when finished. Congrats again & thank you for the after lift measurements!

Looks good. I'd skip the body kit like the plague.
