I did some research and ended up with the following....
    • Meguiar's Car Wash: Lots of suds and minimal spotting. Tried to blow dry with a leaf blower and it was a little quicker than hand drying. 100X better than cheapo stuff.
    • Turtle Wax Bug and Tar Remover: Worked ok but I still have a couple orange spots that I cant remove. Will try an iron removal product next. Expensive.
    • Meguiar'Clay Bar Kit: Worked ok. I did pick up some additional dirt after washing but not a huge amount. I did not notice that the finish was significantly more slippery though.
    • Meguiar's Glaze #7: Used this because I could not find polish. Seems to work pretty well. Need to wipe it off before it dries.
    • Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax: Good stuff. No residue, no white stuff. I'll prolly do a second coat later per instructions. Easy on/off too.
Truck looks pretty good now. I don't have a garage so I need to keep up on the paint protection.
