    Good evening,

I own a 2011 dblcb lng bd 3in ole man emu lift dakars in the back and coil overs in the front, running 285s on fj cruiser rims. Tactical Armor Group bumper that weights a ton and SPC adjustable upper control arms. I dont wheel much but i will put my truck where i want it to go because it is a truck.

Now the SPC uppers that i have are wearing out and i dont like the fact they cannot be greased. I went with the adjustable ones for ease of alignment, but i soon realize that no rednecks where im from know what adjustable ucas are.

Looking for a good set of UCAS that can be maintained that will fit with no spacers on fl cruiser rims and can be aligned

Total chaos UCAs are easy to maintain but they aren't adjustable. Both the urathane bushings have a grease fitting and TC says NOT to lubricate the uniball

Incorrect. TC recommends CRC Dry PTFE lube spray. Watch the following from TC. Works great.

Love the TC UCAs. While caster adjustment would be nice, it's not an issue for me.

I called TC and they said not to, mainly because they dont want you to use the wrong lubrication and damage the uniballs. but if you choose to they have recomended lubes to use but they said I could get by without worrying about it

Conflicting information by the manufacturer then. There's a difference between proper maintenance and using the wrong lube, therefore being an idiot pouring WD40 into a sleeved bearing. I guess we're down to the lowest common denominator again. Man v. self. PTFE IS the correct lubricant.

I believe JBA makes a UCA for the FJ. Has prebuilt caster. I had no issues with alignment on my 2015 Tacoma. Not adjustable but all bushings and the balljoint have zerk fittings for grease.
